Product Returns

Return and Exchange Procedure:

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the products within 30 days of receiving the reading glasses. To return purchased reading glasses please complete the form on "Product Returns" page.
• Pack the FAÇADE Readers in their original packaging and enclose your packing slip and optional feedback form into the return mailing package. (For your convenience an online feedback form is available on our site).
• Remove all address reference from the shipping box, affix the return shipping label with a clear plastic shipping tape, and hand it to the U.S. mail carrier or drop it off in the local mailbox or at the U.S. Post Office within 24 hours of issuance of return shipping label and authorization.
